Rebel Mind Therapy provides individual therapy to adults who are looking to improve their lives and relationships. Have you been thinking about making changes but aren’t sure where to start? Feminist therapy views people as experts in their own lived experiences and it is this strengths-based environment that fosters growth.

Group therapy provides a supportive environment with others who have faced similar life challenges, fostering healthy relationships and providing a non-judgemental space in which to process one’s experiences. It reduces isolation and shame, normalizes experiences and symptoms and enhances one’s ability to improve through bonding, helping others and sharing mutual goals.
-
Are you looking to improve your relationship dynamics? Couples therapy is a powerful tool to improve communication, deepen your bond, enhance intimacy or navigate difficulties in a more productive way. Life transitions, blended families and changing roles can contribute to tension and misunderstanding that can be addressed in couples’ therapy. Have you felt dissatisfied, disconnected or experienced a recent loss of trust? Couples therapy addresses your needs by fostering mutual respect and understanding, processing changes and working towards shared goals.

Billing
-
Our therapists are not in-network providers and do not work directly with insurance companies. Insurance invoices (also called “superbills”) are available upon request for FSA/HSA accounts and out-of-network coverage. If you submit a superbill to your insurance company, they may reimburse you for a portion of our counseling fees, depending on the mental health coverage of your insurance plan.
